For every level a test is necessary to pass. Each level has different requirements. Level 5 is equal to a qualified instructor under the federation.

 

Pre-requirements:

 

Level 1: -Minimum 6 months grappling experience.
                                    -General usage of a kettlebell.

 

Level 2: -Minimum 1 year after passing Level 1.

 

Level 3 (Apprentice Instructor): -Mimimum 1.5 yrs after passing Level 2

                                             Training and guidance at the CCSF national training center.
